There are branded gimmicks like (1) we fix up your house, sell for highest dollar, you keep the profits [think this through - why would anyone give you their profits], (2) sell your house guaranteed or we will buy from you or give you $$$ at closing,[would you guarantee something unless you had a built-in safety feature?] (3) agents who use cleaver marketing strategies to hoodwink you with the illusion of complicated commissions schemes all claiming to mysteriously benefit the seller and the buyer, all the while not putting money into their pocket [why would you fall into the trap that someone else is willing to work for your benefit and receive nothing in return ...  really!]. Will you seriously allow yourself to fall victim to this disguised method of trickery? Please be very careful when considering these inducements ... consider the age-old wisdom of "if it seems to good to be good, then it probably is".

We intentionally limit our real estate business to a select number of clients each year. This practice allows us to focus our attention on the details of your goals, Sure ... we could treat our business like those inventing all of the above mentioned tactics, but to do so means that we are only concerned with small dollars. If you chose to use the services of those who rebate their commission for example, that means your attention has been drawn toward say maybe 1/2% (usually just a few hundred dollars), and the result is that you lose focus on the remaining 99.5%. It is the "big dollars" of the sale or purchase that we help you to focus. 

You should feel confident that anytime someone gives-away their earnings then they are really discounting their service to its true market value.  Ask yourself what is the value that you will receive from discounted services - answer is ... poor quality.
